Bridgestone has recently revealed its new range of run flat tyres using the ultra high performance range of the Potenza S001 technology.
Bridgestone first introduced run flats to its brand in the early 1980's, its second generation was issued in 2005 and its third generation of new technology was issued in 2009. Bridgestone run flat technology is available at www.bestbuytyres.co.uk in the RE050, RE050A and Turanza ER300 range.
Run flat tyres are not suitable for every vehicle and any driver wishing to invest in run flat technology must ensure their vehicle has been designed with the facilities to operate run flat tyres as either standard equipment or as optional equipment.
